5 Spiritual Disciplines to Lighten Your Load
Updated: Oct 27, 2021
One should ease one's mind at all times, and go with the ebb and tides of Nature, doing what one can to create a better environment, by nurturing the environment of Nature. For Nature is Mother Nature Created by God and must be conserved as truth should be conserved. Have faith in that course and withstand all temptations to digress away from the path of dharma (duties and responsibilities) for without a rudder to steer one through Nature a person is lost in the wilderness. And that waywardness and haphazard way disrupts Nature.
Be respectful of even the birds and the bees, the bacteria and the viruses, and in fact all of biodiversity in terms of plants and animals.
Meditate when the work is done to gain stillness of mind and be unattached to all material possessions and senses, in terms of plans, missions, objectives, ambitions, hopes, expectations, anticipations, ego and desires. Sleep when there the mind gets tired from over-exertion. That is all the meditation one needs.
Limit your needs to the bare minimum for one's own mental peace of mind as one then does not have a guilty conscience that one is depriving other living beings the scope to live.
Immerse yourself in Creation by sharing your thoughts so that there should be no such thing as privacy. God has created the universe so you cannot hide anything from Him so why hide from mere mortals.
